‘Cook-off challenge’ & Gourmet food pairing Event at Cinépolis’ Coffee Tree, Greater Noida

Recently our team was at Cinépolis in Greater Noida;s leading mall at Grand Venice Mall to attend a gourmet afternoon & Cook-off challenge at Coffee Tree, the signature property & in-house F&B lounge of Cinépolis. Cinépolis is India’s 1st international and World’s 4th largest movie theatre.

The event had celebrity Chef Nishant Choubey demonstrating his skill while presenting popular delicacies from the Coffee Tree menu, which was followed by a unique ‘cook-off challenge’ amongst the audience members.

Chef Nishant Choubey took over the live kitchen at Coffee Tree and demonstrated his skill by creating some masterpieces from Cinépolis gourmet menu at the counter. He made pasta, Chili cheese toast, Chicken tikka sandwich, and also informed the audience how fresh ingredients are a must to create any recipe. The dishes were paired with matching drinks from the new menu of the café.

Along with the cooking demonstration, tasting of the dishes made was also done and the people present during the show relished the preparations.

The event then moved on with The Cook-off challenge, where from 6 contestants competed with each other to showcase their culinary prowess. The contestants were asked to make pasta and mojito at their stations, with all the ingredients being provided by Cinépolis. Chef Nishant  judged the preparation and declared a winner.

Celebrity Chef Nishant Choubey rose to fame after being chosen as one of the few to attend Master Chef Classes at the World Gourmet Summit in Singapore. He was also one from among the six chefs selected from all over world to train at the John Folse Culinary Institute of America in Louisiana.
